Bring Glory to APIIT at the 19th NBQSA Tantalize 2017
The launch of APIIT’s Inter-University song and dance extravaganza,
Tantalize, took place in September 2017. Both students and staff
participated in the event where solo and group singing, beatboxing, and
dancing were among the highlights.
The auditions for Tantalize were held in October 2017 at the APIIT City
Campus premises. A panel of distinguished personalities from the local
entertainment industry were invited to judge the various events that
took place.
The finals of Tantalize was held in November 2017 at the R.I.T Alles
Auditorium of D. S. Senanayake College. More than 500 students
competed under the 7 events on the big day. A strong crowd from higher

Ranul Thantilage, were selected to present their original
software under the Tertiary Technology category. Janakshi was
awarded the Silver Medal for “Akuru Hatana”, the first ever
Sinhala language scrabble game, while Ranul received a merit
award for his Volatile Memory based Forensic Tool for the
